Life seems very different during these challenging times, but Washington University Department of Pediatrics is here to care for your child’s needs, just as we’ve always been. With virtual visits, you can see your doctor without a visit to the office. Our staff will walk you through every step of the process. Learn more:

The health of our patients and staff is our top priority. During the COVID-19 pandemic, here is what we are doing to keep everyone safe during your office visit:

  • We require all patients and visitors over 2 years old to wear a mask.
  • We recommend one visitor accompany our pediatric patients at this time, although a maximum of two will be allowed.
  • You will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 when you arrive for your appointment. You may be asked to reschedule if symptoms are present.
  • Practice social distancing and stay at least 6 feet apart from others when possible.
  • If you have a MyChart account, please complete the online check-in and payment before your visit.

The David Goldring Division of Pediatric Cardiology at St. Louis Children's Hospital offers the families of infants and children with heart disease the benefit of a world-class team of pediatric cardiologists and health care professionals. We provide a full range of diagnostic studies and therapeutic interventions that cover all pediatric heart problems. In addition, we provide teaching and education for students, residents, and fellows in the area of congenital and acquired heart disease. Our research interests are in the area of heart failure and transplantation, cardiac genetics, physiological mechanisms, and the development new therapeutic modalities. Our Fetal Congenital Heart Center accommodates women with fetal diagnoses of congenital heart disease.
